“Our guide was named Eduardo, and he was fantastic. We were picked up right outside of our location. Born and raised in the Azores, he was an excellent and knowledgeable guide. Dinner was so delicious and it was fantastic to have dined with our guide who was able to continue to educate us on the best choices. He was familiar with all the staff so it was like we were dining along friends. The sites were wonderful and the hot springs were a fantastic way to end the night. I’m so glad we booked this. I don’t think we would have enjoyed it as much if we would have driven…”

“We did this tour as a shore excursion off our cruise ship. Since there were four of us and this was a private tour, we were expecting a small van or SUV. Instead, we were greeted with a small sedan. Three of us had to pile into the back seat, and one in the front. Despite the close quarters, it was very difficult to hear the guide and several times I asked him to speak louder, but then he would go back to a lower volume.
