“This experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We waited almost 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. After the massage, the staff left without any explanation, leaving us confused and waiting alone for another 20 minutes. We were eventually taken upstairs for a peeling treatment, which was the only part that was somewhat acceptable. However, afterward we were sent outside with wet hair on a cold day, showing a complete lack of care and basic professionalism. To make matters worse, at the very end I was handed a note telling me to leave a tip. This felt rude, inappropriate, and completely unacceptable. Tipping should always be optional and…”
