“Silence is the golden rules on this tour. It would have been helpful if someone guided us through the various rooms, water temperatures, sauna, tea room. As it was we had to make our own way and felt it was a wonderful experience to be bathing in such an ancient place. Scrubbing was good and the attendant helped me as she could see I was having difficulty with my back. They changing room provided shampoos, conditioner , personal products, lotions, hairdryers, and locked lockers to store belongings. A little over two hours for this delightful experience.”

★★★★★★★★★★4.5 · 6 reviews · 1h 30m · from $88

Madrid’s Hammam Al Ándalus pairs hot, warm, and cold baths with kessa, tea, and massage in a peaceful historic setting.

“The ambiance is incredible. It's a sensory experience that is soothing. They guide you through the experience. lots of space in the baths. I liked the basin/fountains with water and the faucet with hot tea coming out. I love that people are encouraged to be quiet or whisper. I hate it when you go to a spa or hot springs and people are loud (ojo caliente in NM). I needed more heat in the bath and steam room. If you are undecided I encourage you to go. It's a relaxing experience that is also sensory rich. The pics don't do it justice.”
