However, afterward we were sent outside with wet hair on a cold day, showing a complete lack of care and basic professionalism. To make matters worse, at the very end I was handed a note telling me to leave a tip. This felt rude, inappropriate, and completely unacceptable. Tipping should always be optional and…”
