“I booked this trip. U had to met at a meeting point so I got up early to walk there. Was 20 mins early . Waited for about a hour. No one showed up, I asked all the vans that stopped there if they were waiting for me and nothing. Now trying to fight with them for a refund is getting to be a lot. So I would never book with this company again. Unless they actually finally give me a refund. I held off on writing this. But it’s been a week and half and nothing !!!”

“We did this tour as a shore excursion off our cruise ship. Since there were four of us and this was a private tour, we were expecting a small van or SUV. Instead, we were greeted with a small sedan. Three of us had to pile into the back seat, and one in the front. Despite the close quarters, it was very difficult to hear the guide and several times I asked him to speak louder, but then he would go back to a lower volume. It felt like he was only talking to the person in the front seat. One thing that was fun on the drive to Furnas…”

“Our guide, Andy, was very personable and gave us lots of Azorean history, culture and traditions throughout the day. He drove us up into the mountain (volcano) and dropped us off to have an hour leisurely walk enjoying the beautiful lake. Showed us several thermal activity sites, one in particular where local restaurants cook their food for the day. We went to Terra Nostra for the gorgeous gardens and to enjoy the warm mineral bath and then off to lunch at a great local restaurant Tony’s for a 3 course amazing lunch! One of the best excursions we have experienced - definitely would use him again while visiting the Azores!!”
