“Our guide was the most informative about the Northern Lights and though it was great chances of seeing them, she could not control the weather. The sky became overcast and it began to snow. “This was WAY TOO expensive for what it was. Entrance fee for the springs is 15 per person, for the ice museum 15 per person. That makes it 60 for 2 people.That means, we paid ONLY for the driver and ride about 130 Miles return trip 300!! Yes, it was a night trip, but still......... The driver was friendly, but due to the noise of the car, we-in the back- barely understood anything of what he was saying. Furthermore, food was not included. which was not offered, but for THAT price.....”

“Christopher was a wonderful tour guide who was able to answer every question we had. He was friendly and informative on the long drives and it's hard to imagine a better tour. For the hot springs, the ice museum is quite quick, maybe 10 minutes tops. The springs themselves are warm and fun but there is an indoor area you can cool down in. For the lights, they take patience but are well worth it. Even though our night was cloudy we were still blown away by the view. A must do for Fairbanks.”

“Sadly, this trip fell far short. Guide’s commentary was not particularly informative during the hour plus drive to get there. The guide offered a folding plastic step stool to enter van that was cracked and broken to the point of being a safety concern. The van’s tire pressure alarm went off while driving and she just waved it off. Once there, the ice museum was closed due to a temperature variance, so that was a total bust (and the refund received for this was laughable). At that point, we were simply released to go find lunch (one available restaurant), visit hot springs or otherwise entertain ourselves til 5pm when she…”

“Rachel picked us up right on time, the drive was scenic and she was very informative telling about life in Alaska. She stayed in the information center incase we had we questions. On our way home she saw a moose on the side of the road, stopped and we watched a mother moose and her two babies cross right in front of us. She offered to take pics for those in the back. We had just past two cyclist on the road and she stayed to make sure they got safely past to the moose and her babies. I'm was very impressed with her level of compassion and professionalism.Read more”
