“Experience was just as described + more. A friend and I went with the 30 min massage option. I think maybe they won't quite ready for us so they let us use the pool/sauna/steam room area first. The resting area did feel a little rushed--I just started sipping my tea when I was taken to the massage; the resting area was also hot (I thought they were supposed to be cool--I was afraid I'd sweat again after my bath!). They could also fix a couple of small maintenance issues- ex toilet stall door that doesn't close. The staff was very nice. I would do this again if visiting Istanbul”
