“There were some timing issues… Firstly, we started 30 minutes late because the guide was waiting for 2 other guests (who didn’t turn up), and the overall length of the tour was over an hour and a half shorter than advertised. We also feel that when paying £80 per person for a tour, the entrance fees to various places on the tour should be included - or at the very least - we should have been informed that we would have to pay extra.
