Review of Bali’s Mount Batur black lava cycling tour, hot springs, meals, guides, fitness needs, transport, and value at $42.
“The tour was sensational. Starting with our driver Kedak - he was on time, great at communicating, very polite, and was a very safe and responsible driver. Our cycling guide Gidey was fun. We rode to the historic volcanic lava flow which was an incredible landscape, then down to the volcanic lake. It was a great experience to see Bali from a different perspective and it was exhilarating riding on the road at times with the local traffic. Suggest having a base level of fitness as the ride requires some fitness to activate the off-road terrain and also the small hills around the volcanic area. Also, eat breakfast before you…”
Cycle Jozankei’s river route, soak at Hoheikyo Onsen, and enjoy curry lunch on this beginner-friendly Sapporo day tour.
“Love the weather and the local Onsen experience. Jun picked us up in the hotel at 9AM and we hopped into his van to the mountain area for around 45 minutes. When we reached, he assembled the bikes and we got to try them first to fit. We got to bike in the woods around 10 minutes, the rest is in the side of the road. It's quite an experience. Then he would take us to a local snack place to taste the red bean Japanese snack and cold drinks. The Onsen was wonderful as it had an outdoor onset with beautiful natural view. The curry lunch we had was…”
Cycle Helsinki’s parks, visit Seurasaari, enjoy a BBQ, and try a Finnish sauna on this active small-group e-bike tour.
“Had a great day, thank you to Luca who was our fabulous guide for the day. The riding was not too strenuous but also enough to balance the sightseeing element(s), as I wanted an active day rather than just sight-seeing. I got to try and e-bike which I would not otherwise have had chance to do. Lucas was patient (we got lost on the way to the start and he kindly waited for us), knowledgeable and tailored each aspect to the individuals in the group - the food he bought for the BBQ (I am Vegan and he catered for this) and also which sauna the group visited. I had…”
